Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends and public holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Delivery Times Estimated delivery is 7–15 business days, depending on your location. These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may take longer during peak seasons, holidays, or due to customs processing.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you pay.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking to begin updating after dispatch.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, weather, or other events outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated time, contact us and we'll help track it down.

Incorrect Address Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrectly provided address.
